Be Proactive!

Water penetration is the number one enemy of asphalt surfaces. Attending to problem areas early can stop water from getting in under the pavement now and later, resulting in the prevention of major problems. The Infrared Heating Process requires less asphalt because the existing asphalt is recycled in-place. It rejuvenates the old and realigns the repaired areas with the rest of the surface. The result is a safer and smoother surface, with little impact to the environment.

Be Preventative!

As the sun dries the pavement, oils degrade and the stones begin to work free, leaving a rough and pitted surface. Soon, cracks appear. Deterioration escalates as water penetrates through to the base beneath the pavement, causing it to break down during the freeze/thaw cycles of the seasons.

Repair of problem areas is important, but equally important is the regular application of an industrial grade seal coat.

Application of an industrial grade seal coat will significantly reduce water penetration, thereby extending the life of the asphalt. Driveway Restore guarantees the use of top quality seal coating via the best application techniques.
